Carolyn "Sue" Cole Wilson, 77, passed away Thursday, April 11, 2024. Born on February 4th, 1947, in Pikeville, KY, she was a very loving and caring lady! Carolyn loved her family dearly and would do absolutely anything for anyone. She loved spending time with her daughter, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren while always cooking an amazing meal. She also loved thrift shopping and reading western & romance books. Carolyn was of the Baptist faith. 

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 37 years, Gerald “Gary” Wilson; father, Greene Cole; mother, Mellie Butler; stepfather, Lloyd Butler; sister and brother-in-law, Jean & Ron Sherer. 

Survivors include daughter, Jennifer Lee Bland; son-in-law, Bobby; grandchildren, Matthew Bland, Kyle Bland, Blake Baker; granddaughter-in-law, Kayla; great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Mya, Keaton, Lucas; sisters, Ann Khachadourian & Patricia George; brother-in-law John George and many nieces and nephews. 

A graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, May 3, 2024, at Magnolia Cemetery in Orange Park, FL.
