Carolyn M. Richter, 67, of Middleburg, FL, passed away August 24, 2019.  She was born on September 20, 1951 in Easton, MD to parents, Lloyd and Annabelle (Diamond) Sard.  Mrs. Richter moved to the local area in August of 2012 from Patuxent River, MD and was of the Methodist faith.  She worked at the Green Cove Springs Junior High School in the cafeteria and in her free time enjoyed Bingo at the Senior Centers and doing puzzles.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Joe Richter.  Survivors include her son, Bobby Richter (Jody) of Middleburg, FL; daughter, Kathy Richter of Middleburg, FL; sister, Audrey Creighton of Cambridge, MD; 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and one on the way.

Graveside service will be held at 9:00 am Friday, August 30, 2019 at Jacksonville National Cemetery (Lane #1) with Dr. Tim McDaniel officiating.
