Carlis Ronald Manning, 78, from Clay Hill, FL, passed away on September 3, 2022. He was born on November 11, 1943 in Clay Hill, FL to the late Ted and Ida (Mosley) Manning. Carlis was preceded in death by his parents, son’s Eric and Carlis Jr., and daughter Cynthia Manning and brothers Alvey Mosley, Edgar Manning, Frank Manning, Eugene Manning and Clayton Manning as well as sisters, Ruby Wilkerson and Ida Mae Padgett. Carlis is survived by his loving wife Margaret and son’s Anthony Bell and Charlie I. Manning and daughter Cecilia R. Manning and sister Joy Looney all from Clay Hill, FL. Carlis was an avid and longtime logger.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Long Branch Cemetery with Pastor Harry Conaway officiating.
