Barbara Ione Carroll, 79, of Middleburg, Fl passed away peacefully on February, 24, 2021 in Orange Park, Fl

Barbara was born on September 26, 1941 in Elberton, Georgia to the late Elmer and Mary Ella Moon.

Barbara was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed watching the Game Show Network, fishing and shrimping, and loved baking, especially at Christmas time. When it came to sports, the Georgia Bulldogs and the Atlanta Braves topped her list

Barbara is survived by her 3 daughters: Deborah Joyner (spouse, Glen) of Charleston, S.C., Cynthia Raulerson (spouse, John) of Macclenny, Fl, and Tonja Lafleur (spouse, Chris) of Green Cove Springs, Fl; 8 grandkids, 9 great grandkids; 1 sister Charlotte Lunsford, and numerous nephews and nieces.

The family will receive friends for a memorial Monday, March 8, 2021 at Russell Baptist Church, 2299 Sandridge Road, Green Cove Springs, Fl 32043. Receiving and visitation will be from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, followed by the memorial at 6:30pm.

The interment of her ashes will be placed in columbarium at the Jacksonville National Cemetery in Jacksonville, Fl; date to be determined
