Anthony Paul
Ozgowicz
February 26, 2010 – May 27, 2026
With hearts shattered beyond words, we announce the passing of our beloved son, Anthony Paul Ozgowicz, who left this world on May 27, 2026, at the age of 16. Anthony was more than a son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend. He was a young man whose smile could light up a room, whose presence could bring laughter to an ordinary day, and whose life touched far more people than he could have ever known. Though his time on earth was far too short, Anthony’s life was filled with moments that will forever live in the hearts of those who loved him. Every conversation, every laugh, every memory, every hug, and even every ordinary day spent together has now become a priceless treasure. Above all else, Anthony was deeply loved by his parents, Heather and Caleb, who loved him throughout his life and remained committed to supporting, guiding, and caring for him through every chapter. The bond they shared cannot be measured in words. No parent ever expects to say goodbye to their child, and no words can adequately describe the heartbreak they now carry. Anthony was also a wonderful big brother to his beloved sister, Madilyn. The two shared a special bond filled with laughter, loyalty, and unconditional love. Whether they were teasing each other, sharing secrets, or simply spending time together, Anthony always looked out for her and made sure she knew how much she meant to him. Madilyn adored her brother, and the memories they created together will remain forever in her heart. A mother’s love begins long before a child takes their first breath and never ends when they take their last. Heather carried Anthony beneath her heart, then beside her heart, and now she carries him forever within it. Caleb loved Anthony with the strength, protection, and pride only a father can know. The love they have for their son remains unchanged by death and will endure for all the days of their lives. While we mourn the loss of Anthony’s future, we celebrate the gift of the sixteen years we were blessed to share with him. We will remember his voice, his laughter, his personality, and the countless memories he leaves behind. Those memories are now the threads that hold our family together as we navigate an unimaginable loss. Anthony is survived by his loving mother, Heather, his devoted father, Caleb, and his cherished sister, Madilyn. He also leaves behind his grandparents, Susan and Steve, and Ron and Sherri, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends who loved him dearly. Though too numerous to name individually, each one carries memories of Anthony that will be treasured for a lifetime. As we gather to honor Anthony’s life, we ask everyone to remember not only the tragedy of his passing but also the joy of his life. Hold your loved ones a little closer. Say “I love you” a little more often. Tomorrow is never promised, and Anthony’s memory reminds us just how precious every moment truly is. Anthony’s story is not measured by the day he left us, but by the sixteen years he spent teaching us how deeply a single life can be loved. In every sunset, every family gathering, every shared laugh, and every memory spoken aloud, his spirit will continue to live on through those who knew him best. Though our hearts are broken, Anthony’s story does not end here. Love does not end at the grave, and neither do the memories of a son who will forever remain part of the family that loves him. Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever sixteen.
