Ann Louise Garrison (née Moseley) of Keystone Heights, Florida, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2026.

Born on April 15, 1959, in Jacksonville, Florida, to Joseph and Maye Regina (née Floyd) Moseley and was raised on Army bases around the world. She graduated from Heidelberg High School in Heidelberg, Germany in 1977. After graduation, she worked as a Deputy Clerk for 27 years at the Clay County Courthouse in Green Cove Springs.

Ann’s favorite moments were spent with family, singing with her sisters and parents at church and family gatherings, and sharing stories of their life living in Army bases in Germany, Key West, Slidell, LA, and Queens, NY.

Ann is survived by her sons, Christopher Garrison (Crystal) and Matthew Garrison; her sisters, Regina Futch (Ralph) and Veronica Carey; and her beloved grandsons, Christopher Luke Garrison and Ezra Garrison. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Earl Moseley and Maye Regina Moseley.

Funeral services will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made in Ann's memory to Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Fleming Island.
