Ada Jean Cannon, 60, of Middleburg, FL, passed away November 16, 2017.  She was born on October 27, 1957 in Dover, OH to the late Lloyd and Grace (Hostetler) Davis.  Survivors include her husband, Terrell Cannon; sister, Margaret; brother, Billy; grandson, Grant Forman; granddaughter, Savanna Forman and lots of nieces and nephews.
