Virginia Melvina Stacy, 47, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away Saturday, March 20, 2010. She was born on January 31, 1963 in Jacksonville, FL to parents Alfred and Hazel Wilkerson. Mrs. Stacy was a faithful member of the Congregational Holiness Church in Green Cove Springs, FL. In her spare time she enjoyed crocheting and fishing. Virginia loved being the center of attention and was known to be the “Life of the Party.” Her family will always remember her as the “Care Giver,” always thinking of others. Virginia will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She is survived by her sons, Terry Stacy Jr. (Mandy) and Brian Stacy (Kelly); daughter, Lisa Szedon Stacy (John); brothers; Paul and Mark Wilkerson; sisters, Wanda Adams (Richard), Barbara Bosley (Dickie), Joyce Brown (Herman), Pam Sweat, Vickie Hanson (Alan) and Shirleen Wilkerson; grandchildren, Taylor, Katie, Maddie, Andrea, Eli, Jayden, Dakota, Drake and Khloe on the way. A memorial service will be held in her honor 5:00 pm Thursday, March 25, 2010 at Congregational Holiness Church with Reverend Ronnie Surrency officiating.
