Anthony Louis Shockley, 28, of Jacksonville, FL, suddenly passed away January 19, 2010. He was born on May 30, 1981 to parents Luis Antonio Serrano and Karen S. Thatcher. Anthony grew up in the Jacksonville area his whole life. He attended Arlington Elementary and Arlington Middle school. In his adult life Anthony was a carpenter by trade. He enjoyed roofing, tile work and constructing wood floors. His most recent project was rebuilding the “family home” back to its former glory. In his spare time he enjoyed watching NASCAR, especially the Jack Daniels car with Richard Childress behind the wheel. Anthony was always the life of the party and his family will always remember him as a kind and generous person. He may be gone but he will never be forgotten.
