Brenda Brightwell, 70, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away March 12, 2017.  She was born on February 24, 1947 in Birmingham, AL to parents, Joseph and Lucille Worthington.  Mrs. Brightwell worked as a sales executive for Zales Jewelers and dearly loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her children, Wendy Hatfield, Robert Thames and Joe Thames (Tamarah); brother, Glenn Hollon (Susan); sisters, Maxine Kemp (Ben) and Cathy White (William) and grandchildren, Jonathan, Jack, Emma and Sicily. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, March 19, 2017 in the Riverside Room at the Riverside Park Apts., 750 Oak St., Jacksonville, FL 32204.
