Iva Lee Phillips, 79, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away March 10, 2017.  She was born on March 9, 1938 in Green Cove Springs, FL to the late John B. and Angela (Brooks) Hall.  Mrs. Phillips enjoyed cooking, loved her church and singing in the choir.  She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother who will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends. Mrs. Phillips is preceded in death by her husband, L.E. Phillips; sister, Patricia Hatten; brother, Joseph Hall and is survived her children, Danny Phillips (Sharon), Dorothy Spengler (Wayne), Dale Taylor (Leonard) and Debbie Barrie (Alan); sisters, Ann Sharp (Larry) and Shirley Hall; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren and devoted friend, Marge Kercie.  The family will receive friends from 6:00pm until 8:00pm Monday, March 13, 2017 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel.  Funeral services will be held at 10:00am Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at Shiloh Baptist Church with Reverend Charlie Hunt and Reverend Keith Stewart officiating.  Interment will follow in Shiloh Cemetery.
