Debbie Novella Koonce, 46, of Jacksonville, FL passed away January 23, 2017. She was born in Jacksonville, FL on November 17, 1970 to parents Robert L. and Barbara J. (Aliff) Rock, Sr.  Debbie was a lifelong resident of Florida and of the Baptist faith.  She was always happy, outgoing, loved the mirror and loved to make people laugh, sometimes by taking photos with no teeth.  Debbie would go out of her way for anyone.  She loved her grandbabies so very much.  She is a beloved mother, sister, daughter, grandmother, aunt and friend.  She was preceded in death by her mother.   Debbie is survived by her father; sons, Gregory Weisbrodt (Sam) and A.J. Weisbrodt; daughters, Rebecca Southwood (Kyle) and Heather Weisbrodt (Wesley); brother, Robert L. Rock, Jr.; sisters, Brandy Rock, Connie Jackson (Richard), Vickie Moore (Bill), Patricia Stanford (James) and 13 grandchildren.   The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Congregational Holiness Church, 2079 Highway 16 West, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at 11:00am at the Congregational Holiness Church with Reverend Ronnie Surrency officiating.  Burial will follow at Hickory Grove Cemetery.
