P. Chad Bonifacino, 42, of Middleburg, FL passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 of brain trauma.  Chad was born on September 18, 1974 in Wilmington, DE to Paul C. Bonifacino, Jr. and Nancy Walton Bonifacino. He was an assistant manager at O’Reillys Auto Parts for the past three years and a member of the Clay County Cruzers.  He is survived by his parents; sister, Krista R. Fordham and her husband, Scott; nephew, Tucker A. Fordham and niece, Holly M. Fordham. The visitation will be held from 6pm-8pm on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm, Wednesday, January 4, 2017 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Pastor Rusty Williams officiating. Interment will follow services at Holly Hill Memorial Park, 3601 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, FL 32068.
