Brock Dunbar, 24, of Fleming Island, FL, passed away August 14, 2016. He was born on December 4, 1991 in Orange Park, FL to parents Reed and Laurie (Greenwald) Dunbar. Brock was a 2010 graduate of Fleming Island High School. He played football for the high school as well as enjoying all sports including basketball and soccer. He liked BMX biking and especially enjoyed snorkeling. Brock is survived by his parents, Reed and Laurie Dunbar; sister, Ashley Dunbar; grandparents, Herman and Imogene Dunbar and Richard and Joyce Greenwald; aunts and uncles, Hank and Beverly Spieler, Valerie Dunbar, Wayne and Cathy Dunbar, Mark and Maxine Dunbar, David Greenwald and Eric Greenwald and several cousins. Funeral services will be held at 5:00 pm Thursday, August 18, 2016 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Rev. Randy Hale officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until service time.
