Dorothea Folger passed away Saturday, April 25, 2009 in Orange Park, Florida at the age of 84. She was born to Andrew and Marie Beck on June 11, 1924 in Melrose, MA. Dorothea married Henry Folger on September 10, 1955. They have two children, Debbie and David. She was employed by Commercial Union Insurance Co. as an insurance claims processor. She is survived by her husband, Henry Folger; daughter, Debbie Goempel; and son, David Folger. Memorial Services will be held Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at 10:00 AM in the Moosehaven Chapel with Reverend Helen Taylor officiating. Her ashes will be spread in St. John’s River at a later date.
