Carrie Ann Johnson, 31, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away March 4, 2016 in Orange Park. Carrie was a life-long resident of Green Cove Springs and is survived by her father and step-mother, Russell and Leanne Johnson; five children, Jacob Pollard, Tyler Pollard, Alyssa Pollard, Makenzie Johnson and Jonah Baker; her siblings, Amber Branham, Dustin Johnson (Jennifer), Vanessa Johnson, Kaila Fells (Pete), and Ashley Johnson; grandparents, Guy Alvin Johnson and Lee Ann Mullins (Dwight); many aunts and uncles, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 9, 2016 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Little Ruth Cemetery.
