Thomas “Tom” Stead, 81, of St. Johns, FL, passed away February 9, 2016. He was born on March 12, 1934 in Flint, MI to parents, Maurice and Vera Binning Stead. He was a Korean War Veteran, serving his country in the United States Army. Mr. Stead was the former owner of Choice Water Conditioning Company and moved to the local area in 2002 from Largo, FL. He enjoyed playing Bridge and golf. He loved people and will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends. Survivors include his wife, Jane Stead; son, Robert Stead of Largo, FL; daughter, Jennifer Gouin (Kris) of Fleming Island, FL and grandchildren, Katherine, Karoline and Kimberly Gouin.
