Thomas R. Fialkowski, 79, of Middleburg, FL, passed away February 2, 2016. He was born on February 25, 1936 in Chicago, IL to parents Boleslaus and Loena (Krenz) Fialkowski. He served his country honorably in the United States Air Force and worked as a computer supervisor for the U.S. Government. Mr. Fialkowski moved to the local area in 1993, coming from Virginia. He is survived by his wife, Joan M. Fialkowski; son, Eric E. Fialkowski (Jackie); daughters, Gayle E. Winebrenner (Robert), Joyce E. Racicot (Paul) and Natalia E. Goff; brother, Jerome Fialkowski; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. He will be inurned at Jacksonville National Cemetery with military honors at a later date.
