William M. “Lumpy” Armington, 36, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away December 29, 2015.He was born on October 12, 1979 in Gainesville, FL to parents Charles Everett and Vivian C. (Smith) Armington. William was Baptized at Shiloh Baptist Church and had made Hickory Grove Baptist Church his home. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles E. Armington Sr.; grandparents, Trubie and Felton Smith; and five infant brothers. Survivors include his mother, Vivian C. Armington; brothers, Charles E. Armington, Jr., Samson Lee (Elysia) Armington, Benjamin Lee Armington, David Smith and Rayon Rhodes, Jr.; sisters, Rachel (Andy Dyal) Armington, Melissa (Bill) Schreffler and Tabitha McHugh; nieces and nephews, Nicole, Alanna, Austin, Velisity, Jadelyn and Little Andy; several other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 2, 2016 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Surrency and Rev. Russell Franklin officiating.
