Clara M. Driggers, 66, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2009. She was born to Harvey and Ronnie Lane on December 29, 1942 in Jesup, GA but lived most of her life in the Clay County and surrounding areas. Ms. Driggers was an active member of Sunrise Baptist Church and she worked for the Clay County Council on Aging. Survivors include two loving daughters: Lori (Charlie) LeRoy and Rhonda Barber; a brother, Ward (Diane) Lane; a sister, Florence Harris; and a beloved grandson, Jeremy. The family will receive friends in the chapel of Broadus-Raines Funeral Home on Sunday, March 1, 2009 from 3:00 until 5:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, March 2, 2009 at Living Waters Worship Center officiated by Pastor Gene Janda. Interment will follow in Russell Haven of Rest Cemetery.
