James Lee Rundell, formerly of 1221 North Ball Street in Owosso, died in Orange Park, Florida on January 4, 2015. He was the son of the late R. Roy Rundell and Lucille Hamilton Rundell, owners and proprietors of Rundell Creamery. He served his country honorably in the US Navy during the Korean War. He is survived by his brother Gene (Marge) Rundell of Traverse City, and by his children: Linda (Edward) Young of Cumming, Georgia, James R. (Helen) Rundell of Lawrenceville, Georgia, and Shari (Trapp) McDowell, also of Lawrenceville, Georgia, as well as grandchildren Melissa, Danny, Kelly, Corey, Laura, Luis, Wendy, and Bridget and great-grandchildren Katie, Ashley, Lily, and Anthony. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery on Saturday, September 26 at 5:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Wounded Warrior Project.
