Harriet M. Hall, 70, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away August 8, 2015. She was born on December 30, 1944 in Jersey City, NJ to parents, Max and Rosalind (Frank) Garber. She was a Catholic and Loved to swim, ice skate and draw. She is survived by her brother, Ronald I. Garber. Harriet will be buried in Penney Farms Cemetery in Penney Farms, FL on Friday, August 14, 2015.
