David Jenkins, 56, of Jacksonville, FL passed away Friday, January 2, 2009. Mr. Jenkins was born to parents Charles and Velda Jenkins on September 9, 1952 in Oneonta, NY. He honorably served in The United States Navy and was of the Lutheran faith. Mr. Jenkins was a member of Veteran’s of Foreign Wars and his favorite pastime was riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. Survivors include three children: Chelsea, Kyle, and Kelley Jenkins; their mother, Angie Jenkins; his mother, Velda Jenkins; two brothers: Charlie and Doug Jenkins; and his sister, Nancy.
