Barbara Jean Weeks, 63, of Green Cove Springs, FL went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 18, 2015. She was born on September 24, 1951 in Gainesville, FL to parents, Wilbur and Kizzie (Prevatt) Bell. Mrs. Weeks attended Congregational Holiness Church and has been a resident of Green Cove since 1988. Barbara loved her job as a cook for the Clay County Council on Aging and will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived her son, Roy Babcock; daughters, Lisa Qualls and Barbara Sierra; 5 sisters; 7 brothers; 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Friday, March 20, 2015 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 pm Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Congregational Holiness Church with Reverend Ronnie Surrency officiating.
