Jo Ann Halcomb, 85, of Jacksonville, FL died on February 5, 2015 after a long battle with dementia. She was a bookkeeper and homemaker. She is survived by her loving husband, Edward Grady Halcomb (Grady’s Bait and Tackle), son Rick Ragan / Joanne (Hood River, OR), and daughter Jan Ragan (Jacksonville, FL). Granddaughter, McKenzie Ragan (Salt Lake City, UT), Cathy Beahm, (Grady’s daughter). She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Services will be held Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at 4:00 pm at Grace Episcopal Church Chapel, 245 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL.
