Howard D. Thompson, 63, of Middleburg, FL, passed away January 24, 2015. He was born on October 15, 1951 in Jacksonville, FL. He was a Land Surveyor and truck driver and a member of Calvary Chapel of Orange Park, FL. He was predeceased by his parents and is survived by his wife, Laura Smith Thompson; son, Lane Thompson; daughters, Hannah Fredrich (C.J.), Rosemary Dougherty and Amy Jo Keene; brothers, Kenny Thompson (Tammy and Barry Thompson; grandchildren, Isaac Fredrich, Tyler and Ella Doughtery, Kurt and Riley Keene. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 30, 2015 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Pastor Chris Fredrich officiating. Interment will follow in Jacksonville Memory Gardens.
