Loretta J. Kesling, 76, passed away Saturday, November 15, 2008. She was born in Welch, West Virginia to parents, Frank and Evelyn Rose on April 6, 1932 and had been a resident of Jacksonville for 16 years. She enjoyed crafts and loved sewing. She is preceded in death by her parents and she is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Ray Kesling; daughter, Vickey Kesling; son, Dennis Rose; sister Sylvia Tiller; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
