Frances C. Allen, 75, of Penney Farms, FL, passed away Friday, September 5, 2008. She was born on February 21, 1933 in Eatonton, GA to parents, Sidney and Mattie Carnes. Mrs. Allen was a teacher and a missionary and will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Survivors include her husband, David L. Allen; children, Nancy Elizabeth Kurkowski, David Stuart Allen and Carolyn Ann Osoinach; brothers, Carlton and Linwood Carnes; sisters, Florence Embry, Irene Holt and Dot Lundy and 4 grandchildren.
