Janet Marie Moore, 80, of Orange Park, FL passed away June 10, 2014. She was born on October 19, 1933 in Kankakee, IL to parents William K. and Marie Louise (Lambert) Fletcher. She had served her country honorably in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class during the Korean Conflict. Mrs. Moore had retired from Litman Jewelers and moved to the area in 2010 from St. Petersburg, FL to be close to her family. She was predeceased by her parents and her husband, Thomas Allen Moore. Survivors include her son, Rick (Barbara) Kaiser of Jacksonville, FL; daughter, Renee Elilionis of Orange Park, FL; five grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Military Honors will be conferred at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at the Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32218.
