Joe Allan Richter, 64, of Middleburg, FL passed away June 7, 2014. He was born on September 19, 1949 in Milfred, DE to parents Herbert Walter and Ruth Dorothy (Donovan) Richter. He had moved to the area in August 2012 from Patuxent, MD. Mr. Richter had retired from the United States Navy and the Dyncorp Co. as an aircraft mechanic. He was predeceased by his parents and is survived by his wife, Carolyn Sand Richter; son, Bobby (Jody) Richter; daughter, Kathy Sexton; 4 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Graveside services and inurnment will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at the Jacksonville National Cemetery with full military honors conferred.
