Willard Earl Collier was born in Logan, WV on August 12, 1926 and passed away on November 8, 2013 at Governors Creek Health and Rehab Center. He is survived by a daughter Doris; five sisters, Carmen Chafin and Lillian Garrison of Jacksonville, FL, June Sammons of Beauty, KY, Wanda Mills of Ashland, KY and Rebecca Roberts of Gahanna, OH; brother, Robert Collier of Jacksonville, FL; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his wife, Barbara; son, Charles; sister, Ruth Berndt and three brothers, Arthur Collier, Roy Collier and James Cains. Willard served time in the United States Army during World War II in Germany and Japan. A graveside service will be held at Jacksonville National Cemetery on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 11:00 am with Dr. Robert Ball presiding.
