Donna Carter, 70, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away August 14, 2013. She was born on October 24, 1942 in Lima, OH. Mrs. Carter honorably served her country in the United States Air Force. She had retired as a Special Needs Assistant and enjoyed playing cards as well as collecting stamps and coins. She will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends. Survivors include her six children, Tony Hancock, Kevin Hancock, Steven Hancock, Randy Carter, Amber Carter and Crystal Carter; multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Virginia Heffrin, Susan Bush and Pamela Ragusa and multiple nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, August 24, 2013 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Surrency officiating.
