Robert C. Davenport, Sr., 53, of Middleburg, FL, passed away February 7, 2013 at his home. He was born in Kokomo, IN to parents, William Walker and Shirley Leisure and had lived in the Middleburg area his entire life. Mr. Davenport loved his family deeply, enjoyed helping others, fishing, race cars, working in his yard and building things. He was of the Baptist faith and a carpenter by trade. He was predeceased by his parents and is survived by his wife, Peggy Sue Davenport; son, Robert C. Davenport, Jr and his wife, Ashley; daughter, Samantha Davenport and her fiancé’, Jeremy Fowler; sisters, Deborah K. Croft and her husband, Steve, and Donna Harris and her husband, Ron; grandson, Hayden J. Davenport. The family will hold a private memorial service.
