Gertrude Agnes (Aggie) Herrell, 84, passed away on December 19, 2007. Born January 22, 1923 in Georgetown, S.C., Aggie was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and pillar of strength. She is survived by her daughters, Joanne Atwood and Caroline Reif; grandsons, Dan Baringer, Mathew Carmichael, Taylor Carmichael and Alex Carmichael and brother, Bill Jacobs. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, December 21, 2007 at the First Presbyterian Church of Green Cove Springs, FL at 3:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her name be made to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida, 4266 Sunbeam Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32257.
