Raymond Foster, 56, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2007. He was born on September 22, 1950 in Green Cove Springs, FL to parents, Ernest and Jetty Foster. Mr. Foster was a welder and pipe fitter at the North Florida Ship Yards and had served his country during the Vietnam War in the United States Army. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church and loved his Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Mr. Foster was preceded in death by his father and is survived by his mother, Jetty Foster; daughter, Donna; brother, Tommy Foster; sisters, Marilyn Householder (John), Martha Mayer and Cheryle Darlene Glover; and grandchildren, Joey and Mikey. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Monday, July 23, 2007 at Broadus-Raines Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at Faith Baptist Church with Reverend Joe Foster officiating. Interment will follow in Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery.
