Gary Dan Schweitzer, 45, of Middleburg, FL, passed away unexpectedly October 23, 2011. He was born on November 20, 1965 in Erie, PA to John and Edith Schweitzer. He had lived in Florida most of his life, coming to the Middleburg area 15 years ago. Gary was predeceased by his parents and is survived by his fiancé’, Roxanne Berry; brothers, Dennis Schweitzer (wife, Maureen), William Schweitzer, Danny Schweitzer (wife, Rachel), and Scott Jones; sisters, Nancy Poole (husband, James), and Tammy Marie Mullins (husband, Tim); an uncle, nieces, nephews and many friends. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, October 29, 2011 in the Broadus-Raines Chapel. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service. Following the service there will be a celebration of Gary’s life at Danny’s home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity.
