Erma Copperthite Fowden, 89, of Fleming Island, FL, passed away Monday, September 5, 2011. She was born on August 9, 1922 in Baltimore, MD to parents, Clayton and Hazel Copperthite. Mrs. Fowden served her country in the United States Navy and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, James A. Fowden, Jr. She is survived by her children, James A.
