Johnny Lee Carter, 63, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away February 23, 2011. He was born on December 3, 1947 in Waycross, GA to parents, McCleon and Mary Carter. He had served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War where he became disabled. He had attended Doctors Inlet Church of God and is survived by his wife of 24 years, Shirley Ann Carter.
