Burton E. Scott, 85, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away Friday, April 6, 2007. He was born on September 21, 1921 in Marshall, OK to parents, Berton and Margaret Scott. Mr. Scott was a retired CPO in the United States Navy, having served his country in World War II and was an ex-Japanese POW. He also enjoyed working for Airstream, traveling the country in caravans. Mr. Scott was preceded in death by his son, Don Scott and is survived by his loving wife of 60½ years, Geraldine B.
