Charles Patrick Starling, 62, passed away December 27, 2010 following a brief illness. He was born September 20, 1948 in Lakeland, Florida to Charles and Gertrude Starling. He is survived by his wife, Lynda Starling; son, John Patrick Starling of Baltimore, MD; granddaughter, Emily Starling; brother, Richard J.
