Susan Fort Savino, 71, of Middleburg, FL passed away on Thursday, May 31, 2012. She was born on September 19, 1940 in New York, NY to parents Peter and Constance Fort. Ms. Savino has been a resident of Clay County for the past 67 years. Susan was an avid animal lover, who loved her job as a dog groomer. She enjoyed coffee and spending time at home. Susan will always be remembered as a good hearted, loving person. She was a mother, grandmother and friend and will be dearly missed by all who loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived her life partner, Betty Riley; daughters, Susan C. Savino and Tracy K. Savino; grandchildren, Mikey, Jamie, Brogan, Jude, Antonella and Lucy.
